Returning an order – How returns work

Would you like to return an item you ordered from Kardena? Here's how to complete your return quickly and easily.

1. Register your return

Please register your return via our Kardena Returns Portal.
There, you can select your order and arrange the return of the items you wish to send back.

ℹ️ Note:
Please ensure you have your order number and the email address used when placing the order ready for registration.

2. Prepare the item for return

Please pack the item carefully to ensure it does not get damaged during transit.
Where possible, please also return any accessories that came with the product.
For a smartwatch, this may include:

  • smartwatch
  • charging cable
  • strap
  • accessories supplied with the product
  • product packaging, if still available

⚠️ Important for smartwatches:
Before returning the item, delete any personal data and, if possible, reset the smartwatch to its factory settings.

3. Send your return

Once you've successfully registered your return, you'll receive the relevant information for sending it back.
Attach the return label clearly to the package and hand the parcel over to the specified shipping provider.

💡 Tip:
Keep your delivery receipt until your return has been fully processed and, where applicable, refunded.

4. Return received by Kardena

Once the parcel has arrived at our premises, the return will be recorded and processed in accordance with the reason for return provided.

The courier’s tracking service will show you when the parcel has arrived at our premises.

ℹ️ Note:
The shipping provider's delivery status doesn't automatically mean the return has already been fully checked and processed.

5. Refund

If a return is eligible for a refund, this will be processed once the return has been handled.

⚠️ Defective product?
If you wish to return the smartwatch due to a technical fault, please first check our article ‘My smartwatch has a defect – what should I do?’. The procedure for claims may differ from that for a standard cancellation.
