When will I receive my refund?

Have you sent an item back to Kardena and are waiting for your refund?

Several processing steps can take place between the delivery of your return and the actual refund being credited.

1. Return has been delivered

Once tracking information shows your return as delivered, the parcel has arrived at the address of the designated recipient.
The return then still needs to be:

1. received,
2. matched to your order,
3. checked, and
4. processed in the system.

ℹ️ Note:
"Delivered" therefore doesn't automatically mean "refund already issued." We have real people working here who carry out their work carefully

2. Return is being checked

Once received, we check the return and match it to your order.
For smartwatches, we may also check which items and accessories have been returned.

3. Refund is arranged

Once the return has been successfully processed, a valid refund will be issued via the relevant payment method.

ℹ️ Note:
Depending on the payment method and payment service provider, there may be additional banking days between the refund being processed and the credit appearing in your account.

4. Where will the money be refunded?

A refund is generally issued via the payment method used for the order.
Depending on the payment method used, the credit may appear, for example, in the corresponding bank, credit card, or payment provider account.

5. Haven't received your refund yet?

Please check the following first:

• Has the return already been delivered?
• Has enough time passed since delivery for the refund to be processed?
• Have you received a message from Kardena about the return?
• Have you checked the account or payment method used when placing the order?

💡 Support Tip:
If you contact us regarding a pending refund, please send us your order number and, if available, the tracking number for your return parcel. This will help us process your enquiry faster.
